Street food w aspekcie turystyki kulinarnej na przykładzie Tajlandii

Abstrakt


Praca dotyczy zjawiska street food jako nieodłącznego elementu turystyki kulinarnej na przykładzie Tajlandii. Wskazano w niej związek między turystyką a gastronomią oraz poruszono kwestie znaczenia żywności w odniesieniu do motywacji turystów. Scharakteryzowano też zjawisko street food oraz różnorodne aspekty z nim związane. Publikacja zawiera wyniki badań empirycznych, przeprowadzonych wśród turystów, którzy byli w Tajlandii i spożywali produkty street food. Street food jest w tym kraju postrzegany przez nich jako nieodzowny element poznania tego kraju, a w szczególności jej kultury
